It is the intent of Zydeco Technologies to provide quality products and that our customers will have an enjoyable experience and complete satisfaction by using our products.

You, the customer of Zydeco Technologies, may return your computer systems purchased from Zydeco Technologies for normal use by the original purchaser for a time period up to 30 days from date of purchase for full refund.

The customer will allow Zydeco Technologies a reasonable opportunity to remedy any complaint, problem, issue or defect in the computer system by repair, replacement or upgrade.

The return guarantee period commences on the date of purchase. You, the customer, must provide the original sales receipt showing the date of purchase to support any claim under the return guarantee.

The computer system must be in good order, and without cosmetic or physical damage. A restocking fee or repair/damage fee may apply for returned goods that are damaged. Determination of damaged goods is at the sole discretion of Zydeco Technologies. Any restocking fees or repair/damage fees will be deducted from the refund amount.

The computer system must must be returned with all the original devices, cables, software, disks and documentation in order to qualify for a full refund.

This return guarantee extends solely to you, the original purchaser, and is not transferable to anyone who subsequently purchases, leases or otherwise obtains the product from you. Zydeco Technologies will handle the return and/or service.
