Our remote monitoring system (Command Center) allows us to oversee your network and tells us about problems with your network environment and computers before they affect you.



 
Reporting
Our Command Center generates reports on anything that impacts the performance or security of your network.



 
Help Desk
Our Help Desk responds and acts on alerts, issues, and customer inquiries regarding the covered components of their contract. Our Help Desk is available all the time for fast response to your questions and issues.



 
Network Inventory
Our Command Center scans your network daily to produce a list of your hardware and software, keeping track of what you have and notifying us if something changes. This is extremely valuable for disaster recovery.



 
Remote Management
Our Command Center allows our technicians to take control of network devices that allows remote repair of most issues.
 

 
Update Management
Major software providers like Microsoft release frequent updates. Our Command Center checks for the latest patches that provide details to automatically deploy the updates to your computers so you will have the most current and secure versions.
 

 
Preventative Maintenance
The best way to ensure your entire network runs smoothly is to perform preventive maintenance and tune-ups. This is provided monthly for Level 3 Plans or quarterly for Level 2 Plans.
 

 
Wellness Visits
Our technician will deliver and review with you a monthly update on the health of your network, including a history of incidents, results, up-time and proactive maintenance to give a detailed account of all activities.
 

 
Anti-Spyware / Anti-Virus Protection
We install and monitor updates and subscriptions of anti-spyware and virus software on all of your covered PC's. We make sure your security software is able to detect and prevent malicious code.

Our Command Center monitors for computers that do not receive anti-virus and anti-spyware signature updates. We pro-actively begin troubleshooting of non-compliant machines to ensure that you are protected at all times.
   
 
On-Site Service
If you have an issue that must be dealt with on site, our technician will come to your site to take care of it. Our on-site hourly rate will apply for Level 1 plans. One free hour per computer is included in the Level 2 plan. All on-site repair visits are included at no additional charge on the Level 3 plan.
   
 
Off-Site Storage and Back-Up Recovery
We will back up your critical data automatically to a remote site, bringing you peace of mind knowing that your critical data is protected and available for restoring after hard drive failure or disaster. Our backup centers are SAS-70 and HIPPA compliant.
     
Anti-Spam
Your incoming email messages are inspected for viruses and checked for unsolicited commercial email (SPAM). Unwanted emails are deleted before they arrive in your inbox.
     
Hosted Email, Shared Contacts, and Document Collaboration
We provide shared contacts, calendars, document sharing and instant access to your email from any computer to remove the cost of managing your own Exchange server. Includes Spam Filtering.
     
Web Development
We can provide design, development, search-engine-optimization and hosting of your company web site and provide e-mail hosting for your domain.
     
Relocations

We provide call-out service if you prefer a break-fix solution rather than pro-active monitoring. Service Blocks (pre-paid on-site service hours) can be purchased at significant discounts from our normal non-contract call-out rate.
